• • Data Collected: Your Full Name, Email Address, Country, and a complete record of your assessment answers (including timestamps for each item).
• • Purpose of Processing: This data is strictly required to compile your personalized diagnostic report, generate your verification certificate, deliver these assets to your email, and enable ongoing credential retrieval via our verification lookup.
• • Data Retention: We store your certificate data and answer history securely for 12 months from the date of purchase so you can retrieve lost credentials. After 12 months, your personal assessment records are permanently purged from our databases.
