How the Browser Screen Recorder Works

This tool uses the Screen Capture API (getDisplayMedia) built into modern browsers. When you start recording, your browser will ask you to choose which screen, window, or tab to share. The recording is processed entirely in your browser using the MediaRecorder API, and the final WebM video is downloaded directly to your device.
