We have entered the morning

Translation: We have entered the morning, and the whole kingdom belongs to Allah. Praise belongs to Allah. There is no god but Allah alone, without partner. To Him belongs dominion and praise, and He has power over all things.

Count: once. The wording switches between morning and evening with the selector above.

Morning and evening adhkar, with the counting done for you

The morning and evening adhkar are a fixed set of remembrances from the Quran and the Sunnah: Ayat al-Kursi once, the three short surahs three times each, the master supplication for forgiveness once, the protection supplication three times, and the long counts of 100 for glorifying Allah and declaring His oneness. The counts are the whole point, and losing count halfway through a 100 is the usual failure. This page gives each dhikr a tap counter, so the counting is visible and the set can actually be finished.

Timing matters less than people fear. The best time for morning adhkar is after Fajr until sunrise, and for evening adhkar from Asr until sunset. Scholars allow reciting them later when remembered, through the morning or the night. Missing a day is not a sin: these are recommended acts, and the habit is built by returning the next day, not by guilt over one missed morning.

Tap counters, no account

Every dhikr has its own counter with its prescribed count. Tap as you recite, reset one item or all of them, and watch the overall progress. Nothing leaves your device and nothing is stored.

Arabic, transliteration and translation together

Each item shows the Arabic text, a transliteration for readers still learning the script, and a plain translation. The source is named on every item, so you can check any count against the collection it came from.

How to use this page

  1. Pick morning or evening. The opening supplication switches wording automatically.
  2. Work down the list, tapping the counter for each recitation.
  3. When an item hits zero it marks itself done. Reset one item or the whole list any time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Morning adhkar are best after Fajr until sunrise, and evening adhkar from Asr until sunset. If you miss the window, recite them when you remember during the day or night. The reward is not limited to the ideal window.
The hadith reported by Abdullah ibn Khubayb says the Prophet told him to recite the three surahs three times every morning and evening, and that they would suffice him against everything. That is the source of the count of three.
Recite what you can. The count of 100 is the reported number for the glorification and the declaration of oneness, and finishing them carries the reported reward. A shorter count is still remembrance, and the habit matters more than one perfect day.
No. They are recommended acts from the Sunnah. Missing them carries no sin, and they can be made up later in the day or night.
No. Remembrance does not require wudu, unlike prayer. You can recite adhkar while walking, working or commuting, which is why a phone counter helps.
